分条整经机经纱堆积系数i值调查与工艺计算方法探讨

摘　　要：介绍了通过多年的生产实践归纳出的分条整经机100多种不同经纱原料的堆积厚度系数i值表,并以此表为基础,研究出适用于各种纺织企业、通用性较强的20多条简易经验公式。不仅简化和方便了织造厂分条整经机的多项工艺参数计算,而且,还可以预先对各种新投产品种进行工艺计算,提高工艺参数的准确性,减少了因工艺计算不准确造成的不必要的质量事故和原料浪费等,提高整经和织造厂生产质量和效率。Based on many year＇s production practices, the values of stock thickness factor Ⅰ of over 100 different warp materials on sectional warper are listed, on which over 20 simple experienced calculation equations suitably applied to textile enterprises are worked out. These equations not only simplifies its technological parameters calculation for sectional warper, but also can pre -calculate its technological parameters for new product and raise the calculation precision with raw material saved and warping and weaving quality and efficiency improved.
