摘 要:应用国产JT-ESWL-Ⅱ型水槽式碎石机低能冲击波(6~10kV)治疗成年男性前后尿道结石12例,其中前尿道结石3例,后尿道结石9例,给石面积大小6mm×5mm~16mm×12mm,结果所有结石均完全粉碎,成功率100%,无严重并发症。并就结石定位及碎石体位的选择进行探讨,认为低能冲击波可以在保证碎石成功的前提下,最大限度地减少患者痛苦,降低术中术后并发症的发生率。12 men with urethral stone were treated by a domestic JT-ESWL-Ⅱ lithotripter (6~10 kV) with low energy shock waves (LESW). Of 12 men, 3 was anterior urethral stone, and 9was posterior urethral stone. The stone area was from 6 mm×5 mm~ 16 mm×12 mm. The success rate of stone disintegration was 100%. No major complication has been encountered. It is stressed that accurate localization of the stone and adequate position of the patient are essential to improve treatment efficacy. The technique and our experience were presented. It was suggested that LESW could treat patients with urethral stones successfully and could decrease the patient's pain and complications at best.
