摘　　要：近年来大学生就业难问题已成为社会关注的一个热点,曾经是社会精英的大学毕业生正在遭遇就业难的尴尬局面。随着时代的发展用人单位对人才的需求结构也已经发生变化,大学毕业生们必须正确认识到这些现实,尽快转变就业观念,注重培养自己的综合素质,选择到基层单位去就业,才能真正摆脱就业难的困境。The difficult employment situation has become a hot topic of social concern. University graduates was once a social elite, now experiencing the embarrassing situation of employment difficulties. China＇ s current employment situation is very grim, and the need of employing units has changed. University graduates must correctly recognize these realities, changing concept of employment as soon as possible, focus on the overall quality of their training, choosing to go to the grassronts units to work.
