恶性积液与结核性积液中ADA、CA153、IFN-γ联合检测的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胸腔积液中ADA、CA153、IFN-γ联合检测在恶性积液与结核性积液中鉴别诊断价值。方法ADA应用Giusti比色法,CA153应用化学发光法,IFN-γ应用双抗体夹心法,分别对恶性积液组35例,结核性积液组42例进行检测。结果恶性积液组ADA、IFN-γ均明显低于结核性积液组(p<0.01)有显著性差异,CA153明显高于结核性积液组(p<0.05)有显著性差异。结论联合检测ADA、CA153、IFN-γ对于恶性积液与结核性积液的鉴别诊断有重要价值。Objective To study the ADA, CA153, IFN -γ in the detection of malignant effusion and TB in the differential diagnosis of effusion. Methods ADA application Giusti colorimetric method, the application of chemiluminescence CA153, IFN -γ double -antibody sandwich, Respectively malignant effusion group of 35 patients, Tuberculosis effusion group of 42 cases were detected. Results ADA Group malignant effusion, IFN-γ were significantly lower than those of effusion TB group （ p 〈0. 01 ） difference was significant, CA153 was significantly higher than that of TB effusion group （ p 〈0. 05） significantly. Conclusion The detection ADA, CA153, IFN -γ for malignant effusion and effusion TB in the differential diagnosis of significant value.
