摘　　要：目的研究葎草的化学成分。方法采用反复柱色谱法分离,利用化合物的波谱学数据结合理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离并鉴定了7个化合物:β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、N-p-香豆酰酪胺(Ⅱ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅲ)、芹菜素(Ⅳ)、豆甾醇(Ⅴ)、木犀草素(Ⅵ)、大波斯菊苷(Ⅶ)。结论化合物Ⅰ～Ⅴ为首次从此植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of Humulus scandens. Methods The constituents were isolated by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis. Results Seven compounds were isolated and identified as β- sitosterol（ Ⅰ ）,N-p- coumaroyltyramine（ Ⅱ ） , daucosterol （Ⅲ）, apigenin （Ⅳ）, stigmasterol （Ⅴ）, luteolin （Ⅵ）, cosmosiin （Ⅶ）. Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ - Ⅴ are isolated from Humulus scandens for the first time.
