摘 要:目的观察氯化镉对大鼠离体小肠和在体小肠平滑肌收缩特性的影响。方法分为离体实验组和在体实验组,用BL-420生物机能实验系统记录加药前后的收缩曲线。两组均以收缩频率、收缩波平均幅度、收缩波总幅度、收缩波平均时程、运动指数和抑制率为指标。结果氯化镉对大鼠离体小肠和在体小肠平滑肌收缩性的影响都表现为抑制作用。其中,80μmol/L氯化镉对大鼠离体小肠平滑肌运动指数的变化率为-64.70%;腹腔注射0.2 mg/kg氯化镉对大鼠在体小肠平滑肌运动指数的变化率为-52.10%。结论综合离体和在体实验结果,认为氯化镉在大鼠体内达到一定的量会对其小肠的收缩性起抑制作用。Objective To observe the influence of cadmium chloride on contractility of small intestine smooth muscle of rats in vitro and in vivo. Methods There were two experiment groups of isolated group and non-isolated group. The BL-420 physiological signal recording system was used to record the contraction curve before and after drug. The contraction frequency, average amplitude, average duration, total contraction amplitude of contraction wave, motility index and inhibitory rate were taken as the parameters in both groups. Results Cadmium chloride inhibited the contractility of small intestine smooth muscle in both groups. The variational rate of motility index was - 64.70 % when cadmium chloride of 80 umol/L pressed on the isolated intestine smooth muscle, while that was - 52.10% when cadmium chloride of 0.2 mg/kg pressed on the non-isolated intestine smooth muscle of rats. Conclusion The results of both groups suggests that cadmium chloride have an inhibitory effect on the contractility of small intestine smooth muscle of rats when the amount of it reaches a certain level.
