气相色谱内标定量法分析异丙硫醇含量

摘　　要：以B物质为内标物,利用GC9800TFP型气相色谱仪分析了化学合成的异丙硫醇含量。结果表明:在柱温52℃、汽化室温度150℃、检测器温度200℃、载气流速1mL/min的条件下,色谱分离效果好。相对外标法而言,内标法准确度高,且重复性好。Isopropyl mercaptan was determined by gas chromatograph GC9800TFP using B as internal standard. The results showed that good separation was obtained when column temperature was 52℃, injection temperature was 150℃, the detector temperature was 200℃, and flow rate of carrier gas was 1 mL/min. The internal standard method had higher precision and better repeatability compared with the external standard method.
