16层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像与DSA冠状动脉造影的对比研究

摘　　要：目的通过对16层螺旋CT与DSA冠状动脉造影的对比研究，探讨16层螺旋CT在冠状动脉成像中的临床应用价值。方法42例患者同时行16层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像和DSA冠状动脉造影，对获得的图像进行对比分析。结果以DSA冠状动脉造影为金标准，患者心率在55～70次/min时，16层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像对血管狭窄≥50％的准确度为94％，冠状动脉主干及分支显示达到诊断要求，并且可显示动脉壁的改变。结论16层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像可作为冠心病的一种筛选手段，对血管搭桥和内支架放置术后的评价有较高临床价值。Objective To study 16 -silce spiral CT coronary artery imaging and its clinical apphcation value through comparison study of coronary artery imaging with 16 - silce spiral CT and DSA coronary angiography. Methods 42 patients undergoing both 16 - silce spiral CT and DSA coronary angiography, comparison analysis of the obtained images. Results With the results of DSA coronary angiography as golden standard, when patients heart rate between 55 to 75 beats per minute, to predicted vessel stenosis（ ≥50% ） the accuracy of 16 - silce spiral CT coronary artery images was 94%. Good image quality was achieved of main branchs. Conclusion 16 - silce spiral CT coronary artery imaging could be used to filter coronary artery disease. It has highly value in the evaluation of post - operation as well as graft vessel and stent.
