小儿支原体肺炎96例临床分析

摘　　要：经肺炎支原体核酸聚合酶联反应（MPDNA－PCR法）及培养确诊的小儿支原体肺炎96例，占同期肺炎总数的15.87％。发病年龄＜5岁者86.45％，而3岁以内者为64.58％，最小年龄仅l20/30月。除肺炎外有肺外多器官损害者21例（21.88％）。96例中合并其他呼吸道病毒感染者23例（23．96％），其中腺病毒（ADV）及呼吸道台胞病毒（RSV）各5例，副流感病毒ⅠⅢ或Ⅱ（PⅣ－ⅠⅢ，Ⅱ）13例。全部病例均用红霉素治疗，治疗好转率达10O％。PURPOSE To analyze the manifestation of mycoplasma (MP) pneumonia in children.METHDS Throat swabs or sputum from 6O2 patients with pneumonia were determined for MP by PCR and/or culture. The clinical manifestations were analyzed in 96 Positive cases.RESULTS MP was detected positive by PCR in 84 cases (13. 92 % ) and culture positive in 22 cases (5. 47 % ). Sixty - two of the 96 confirmed cases were under 3 year old with the youngest at 120/30 months,and 21 (21. 88 % ) had multiple organs involved.CONCLUSIONS Mycoplasma is one of the common pathogens causing pneumonia during childhood and organs involved usually include central nervous, cardiovascular and dermatic system.
