摘　　要：目的:探讨冠状动脉狭窄行经皮冠状动脉硬化斑块旋磨成形术围术期的护理方法。方法:为32例冠状动脉狭窄患者实施经皮冠状动脉硬化斑块旋磨成形术,并给予精心围术期护理。结果:手术成功率100%。患者术后血管狭窄程度、侧支循环积分、左心室射血分数与术前比较均有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:对冠状动脉狭窄患者行冠状动脉硬化斑块旋磨成形术,并给予精心围术期护理,可减少并发症发生率,改善患者生命质量。Objective ： To explore perioperative nursing methods in the treatment of coronary artery stenosis by percutaneous coronary rotational atherectomy. Methods： Pereutaneous coronary rotational atherectomy was applied to 32 patients with coronary artery stenosis and the careful perioperative nursing care was given to the patients. Results： The successful rate of operation was 100%. The significant differences were found in the comparison of degree of artery stenosis, integral of collateral circulation and fraction of left ventricular ejection before and after operation （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： Careful perioperative nursing care can effectively decrease complications and improve quality of life of patients in the treatment of coronary artery stenosis by percutaneous coronary rotational atherectomy.
