静脉肾盂造影600例临床护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨静脉肾盂造影检查的护理方法。方法:对600例行静脉肾盂造影检查患者除予以常规护理外,注重患者心理疏导,检查前做好准备工作,检查中妥善处理不良反应。结果:28例在注射造影剂的过程中出现全身灼热感、喉头发痒、打喷嚏、恶心、呕吐、心悸、胸闷,15例伴荨麻疹,妥善处理后症状减轻,完成造影;5例出现过敏反应,停止检查,经抢救病情稳定。余均顺利完成造影检查。结论:积极合理的护理措施可有效降低静脉肾盂造影不良反应的发生率。Objective： To explore nursing methods in the examination of intravenous pyelography. Methods ： Psychological instruction was emphasized based on routine nursing care when the patients were examined by intravenous pyelography. Fully preparation was made and proper treatment of adverse reaction was given before and in the examination. Results： Burning heat sensation, itch in the larynx, sneezes, nausea, vomiting, palpitation, oppressed feeling in the chest occurred in 28 patients; urticaria occurred in 15 patients and 5 patients had allergic reaction. Conclusion： Active and proper nursing measures can effectively decrease the incidence of adverse reaction in the examination of intravenous pyelography.
