摘  要:①目的对现行的常温体外循环下温血停搏液持续灌注心肌保护方法进行改进,以求获得更好的临床效果。②方法将体温降至33℃左右,由微量输液泵输注10%氯化钾直接与体外循环血液混合,根据氯化钾输注量计算公式,将氯化钾与血液按比例配制成高钾(20mmol/L)和低钾(10mmol/L)血停搏液。③结果临床应用于各类心内直视手术病人84例,无1例病人发生与本方法有关的并发症。④结论改良的温血停搏液持续灌注方法既可提供优良的心肌保护效果,并且对内环境影响更小,对脑及其它重要器官的保护也更加可靠。Objective To modify current warm blood cardioplegia(WBC) continuous perfusion method in order to get better clinical effect for myocardial protection during open heart surgery. Methods The patient body temperature was kept around 33℃. Low potassium(10mmol/L) and high potassium(20mmol/L) WBC were obtained by mixing 10% KCl directly with blood by infusion pump. Results Eightfour patients were performed with modified WBC contnuous perfusion clinically. No one showed complications related with the modified WBC perfusion method. Conclusion The results showed that the modified WBC continuous perfusion method can provide a better protective effect for myocardium, diminish the influence on internal enviroment and provide protection for brain and other important organs too.
