摘 要:①目的探讨β-内啡肽(β-END)对大鼠血浆唾液酸(SA)水平的影响。②方法在Wistar大鼠侧脑室分别注射浓度为25,50和100μmol/L的β-END(生理盐水对照)和抗β-END血清(正常兔血清对照),注射前及注射后5,15,25和35min分别取血,紫外分光光度仪测SA含量。③结果注射β-END后大鼠血浆SA水平较注射前均降低,并且随β-END浓度的增加,SA水平降低所需的时间逐渐缩短;注射抗β-END血清后大鼠血浆SA水平较注射前升高。④结论外源性及内源性的β-END均参与了降低大鼠血浆SA水平的调节过程,并且呈一定的量效依赖关系。Objective To investigate the effect of betaendorphin(βEND) on plasma sialic acid(SA) level of rats. Methods βEND with concentrations of 25,50,100μmol/L(normal saline as control) and its antiserum(normal rabbit serum as control) were injected into the lateral ventricle of Wistar rats respectively. Ultraviolet spectrophotometer was used to determine the plasma SA level before and 5, 15, 25 and 35 minutes after the injection. Statistical analysis of variance was employed to analyse the data. Results The plasma SA level was decreased significantly after the injection of both βEND and βEND antiserum and the time required to cause the decrease was shortened with the increase of βEND concentration. Conclusion Both endogenous and exogenous βEND play a role in the regulation process of decreasing rat plasma SA level.
