摘 要:在深入分析次同步谐振(SSR)阻尼特性和故障风险的基础上,针对上都电厂二期工程面临的潜在SSR问题,重点研究了附加励磁阻尼控制(SEDC)和扭应力继电器(TSR)相结合的解决方案,采用特征值分析和电磁暂态时域仿真方法验算了方案的有效性。结果表明:SEDC能大幅度提高汽轮-发电机组3个扭振模态的阻尼,并在大多数运行方式下抑制可能引发的SSR,极少数运行方式下可通过TSR配合切机来解决SSR问题,以保证电网的稳定性和机组的安全性。采用SEDC控制与TSR保护相结合的方案解决上都电厂串补输电系统的SSR问题是切实、有效和经济的。A scheme based on supplementary excitation damping control and torsional stress relay was presented and studied to handle the potential SSR problem in the second phase of Shangdu transmission system. Eigenvalue analysis and electromagnetic simulation was conducted to verify its effectiveness. The results show that SEDC can greatly improve the damping of the three concerned torsional modes and thus effectively depress SSR under normal operation conditions and following most short-circuit faults. For few extremely rarely occurring serious faults, TSR, as a protection measure, can initiate generator-trip action to ensure the stability of the system and the safety of the shafts. The SEDC and TSR based scheme proposed is an effective, economical and practicable solution to the SSR problem in the Shangdu series compensation transmission system.
