摘  要:高含硫气田因高含硫化氢而引发的毒性及强污染性、强腐蚀性、易冰堵和单质硫沉积等特殊性及复杂性,大大增加了地面集输系统的安全环保风险。为了避免高含硫气田在生产中最有可能发生的由于管道和设备腐蚀穿孔、开裂而引起泄漏、火灾、爆炸等重大安全环保事故,防止影响正常生产的冰堵和硫堵事故发生,必须从设计开始,在制造、施工、检测、试运生产的各个阶段重点抓好以下工作:防止泄漏、控制泄放,严防重大安全环保事故发生;高度重视腐蚀控制,以免危及安全;防止天然气水合物冰堵和元素硫沉积影响气井正常生产。Since a high content of H2S in those gas fields will easily lead to toxicity,corrosion,pollution,ice barrier by gas hydrate,and sulfur sedimentation,etc.,there will inevitably have high risk in gas gathering and pipeline ground construction in high-sulfur gas fields.In order to avoid any possibility of serious trouble and accidents such as leakage,fires,and explosion resulted from perforations or cracks on equipments or pipelines,or ice barriers and sulfur plug resulted in bad impact on normal operation,this study suggests that designers should pay highly attention to each part of equipments and pipelines when they design and during manufacture,operation,inspection,and trial production operators should try their best to keep guard against serious accidents like leakage or discharge,to keep the corrosion under control,and to prevent ice barrier by hydrates and plug by sulfur sedimentation from delaying routine works.
