摘 要:广安002-H8井是四川盆地广安地区的-口低渗、低压碎屑岩油气藏开发水平井,地层不均质性强、储层变异大。该井在水平井段(Ф152.4mm井眼)采用氮气欠平衡钻井新技术,应用电磁波随钻测量仪实现了气体钻井条件下井眼轨迹的随钻监测;首次在国内实现气体介质地质导向钻井,通过上下调整井眼轨迹寻找最佳储层,获测试天然气产量26.9×10^4m^3/d(油压9.5MPa),是邻近直井储层改造前产量的10~20倍,储层改造后产量的3~6倍。该井气体钻水平井技术的成功应用,为广安地区最大限度地减少油气层污染、实现“少井高产”开发低效油气藏找到了一种新方法。The well Guang'an 002-H8 is a horizontal development well in low-permeability and low-pressure clastic gas reservoir,situated in Guang'an area of the Sichuan basin,and the underground formations are featured by high heterogeneity and great variation.Nitrogen underbalanced drilling techniques were adopted in this well's horizontal section with borehole diameter of 152.4 mm and electromagnetic-wave measurement while drilling was applied to monitor the well track in the course of drilling.Geo-pilot drilling was achieved firstly in China by the media of gas,and in this way adjusting the well path up and down to target the best formations where the trial gas production was obtained 269 thousand m3/d(oil pressure of 9.5 MPa),about 10 to 20 times of the production in the pre-reconstructed reservoirs,3 to 6 times of that in the post-reconstructed reservoirs from a neighbouring direct well.The successful application of gas drilling in this horizontal well protected oil and gas reservoirs from contamination to highest level,achieved a high yield of gas by less wells to be drilled,and provided references for oil and gas engineers to develop those deficient oil and gas reservoirs.
