摘 要:固井设计中,水泥浆的流变性是重要参数。对水泥浆流变参数估计偏差较大,将引起由此计算出的循环摩阻压力和施工设计排量出现偏差,导致顶替效率不高,甚至压漏地层。目前,国内外在注水泥设计时,都将水泥浆视为非时变性非牛顿流体。但是,水泥浆一旦配制后则开始发生水化反应。这必将影响水泥浆的流变性,水泥浆在不同的水化阶段显示不同的流变特征。为此,研究了不同水化阶段的水泥浆的流变特性。结果认为,在中、低剪切速率下,水泥浆的时变特征显著,而水泥浆在顶替过程中剪切速率多为300 s-1以下。注水泥浆施工设计时,必须对水泥浆的时变性予以足够重视。When doing cementing design,rheology of cement slurry is an important parameter to be considered.The inaccurate estimation of rheology parameter will result in inaccurate calculation of circulation induced friction pressure and therefore improper flow rate,which leads to low displacement efficiency,or even formation breakdown.In the current environment,the cement slurry system is still deemed as a non-time-variant and non-Newtonian fluid in cementing design worldwide,but actually the cement slurry will begin to hydrate once prepared,which will affect the rheology of the slurry.Different rheological behaviors are exhibited during different hydration stages.Through analysis on these differences,the study results show that the time-variant behavior is obvious under low and medium shear rates,and while during the slurry displacement period the shear rate normally will not exceed 300 s-1.So the time-variant performance of cement slurry must be considered seriously during cementing design.
