药穴结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎89例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨药穴结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者的临床疗效及对免疫球蛋白、微量元素的影响。方法将262例UC患者随机分为4组:中药组口服肠癖康;耳穴组耳穴贴压脾、大肠、内分泌、交感、皮质下;药穴组口服肠癖康加耳穴贴压;对照组口服柳氮磺胺吡啶。均治疗4周。观察各组临床疗效及治疗前后免疫球蛋白和微量元素含量的变化。结果药穴组临床疗效明显优于其他3组(P<0.05)。4组治疗后免疫球蛋白较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),Cu、Fe、Zn均显著升高(P<0.05),且药穴组治疗后与其他3组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药穴结合可调节机体免疫,补充微量元素,促进肠道溃疡愈合。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the combination of Chinese medicine with auricular dressing therapy on patients with ulcerative colitis （UC） and their level of immunoglobulin and microelement. Methods Totally 262 UC patients were randomly divided into four groups： Chinese medicine group administered Changpikang （medicine for ulcerative colitis） for oral taking; auricular therapy group treated by sticking herbal seed to Spleen, Large Intestine, Endocrine, Sympathetic nerve, and Subcortex ; Chinese medicine with auricular therapy group given both above; and control group taking sulfasalazine. Four weeks constituted one threatment course. Changes of immunoglobulin and microelement after treatment were observed. Results The effect of Chinese medicine group was significantly superior to that of the other 3 groups （P〈0.05）. Compared with before treatment, immunoglobulin in all 4 groups was greatly decreased （P〈0. 05）, Cu, Fe and Zn remarkably increased （P〈0. 05）, and the difference between the Chinese medicine group and the other 3 groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Chinese medicine with auricular therapy can regulate immunity, replenish microelement and promote the healing of intestinal ulcers.
