某钢框架结构综合楼的安全性检测和评定方法研究

摘　　要：结合某三层钢框架结构综合楼的安全性检测的工程实例,比较系统地探讨钢框架结构安全性检测和评定的方法,并深入研究钢框架结构使用性能检验的过程和结果。根据实际检测结果及分析,对现行规范《建筑结构检测技术标准》(GB/T50344-2004)中关于钢框架结构检测技术提出一些合理的建议,为该类结构的安全性检测和评定提供必要的科学依据和参考。Combining with an engineering example of safety detection on a tri-floor steel frame composite building, the methods of safety detection and evaluation on the steel frame structure are analyzed systematically, and then the functional performance detecting process and results on this kind of structure are discussed thoroughly. According to the field testing results and analyses, some reasonable suggestions are put forward on the detecting technology of the steel frame structure consisted in the existing standard named Technical Standard for Detection of Building Structure, which also provided necessary scientific foundation and reference for the detection and evaluation of this kind of structure.
