摘 要:PE100管材料基体树脂中界面区的含量比较高(高于10%),而完全无定形区的含量极低.界面区含量表征非晶区中运动部分受阻的链段所占的比重,因而上述结果意味着PE100管材料中非晶区中链段表现出强烈的缠结倾向.界面区的含量(或非晶区的组成特征)决定了材料的耐慢速裂纹增长性能,而固相区含量则决定了材料的力学强度,两种影响因素的平衡决定了最终管材料的长期使用性能.The PE100 materials could be characterized by relatively high amounts of crystallineamorphous interface, and the content of the mobile amorphous fraction contributed only a small part of the total non-crystalline region. The chain fragments in the non-crystalline region of PE100 materials had a strong tendency to be entangled. The superior long-term mechanical property of the PE100 materials was shown to be in close relation to the non-crystalline fraction composition for which the interface component had the main contribution. The two PE100 materials with unimodal and bimodal molecular weight distribution respectively were investigated by correlating the NMR results. The notable drop of the minimum required strength of unimodal PE100 material was explained from its relatively low contents of rigid component. The interplay of the interface fraction and the rigid fraction plays the key role for the long-term use properties of PE pipe materials.
