摘 要:目的:探讨周期运动过程中桡动脉横切面轴心到皮肤距离的动态变化与脉位的关系。方法:应用新型中医取脉装置,同步采集39例不同脉位病人和20例平人关部脉的压力脉图、心电信号和桡动脉横截面动态超声图像,在MATLAB 7.0.1软件对超声图像进行分析处理的基础上,观察周期运动中不同脉位脉象的桡动脉横切面轴心与皮肤之间距离的变化情况。结果:不同脉位脉象的桡动脉横切面轴心与皮肤距离的最大值、最小值以及距离变化率[(最大值-最小值)/心动周期]存在着一定的差异。结论:桡动脉横切面轴心与皮肤距离的最大值、最小值以及距离变化率可以作为判别脉位的一个参数。Objective: To study the relationship between pulse position and dynamic variation of distance from transverse section centroid of radial artery to skin during a cardiac cycle. Methods : 39 patients' and 20 healthy persons' ECG, pressure phygmograms and ultrasound images of transverse section of radial artery were collected synchronously with a new-type sphymograph. On the basis of images analysis with MATLAB 7.0.1, distance between transverse section centroid of radial artery and skin during a cardiac cycle in pulse tracings with different pulse positions were observed. Results ; Between pulse tracings with different pulse positions, there were significant deviations of maximum, minimum and variation rate[ (maximum-minimum)/cardiac cycle] of distance from transverse section centroid of radial artery to skin during a cardiac cycle. Conclusion:Maximum, minimum and variation rate can be used to discriminate pulse positions.
