摘 要:本文介绍了电镜扫描技术在赤眼蜂和缨小蜂分类方面的应用,包括扫描电镜下观察赤眼蜂的触角和产卵器上感觉器以及缨小蜂触角感觉器的形态结构、分布和功能的描述,以及这些感觉器在雌雄之间的差异,并讨论了触角感觉器在搜寻寄主方面的功能和产卵行为。In recent years, the SEM technique is extensively used in the research of insect ultrastructure observation. Since 1980's, much important progress has been made and many excellent results have been achieved, especially in Chalcidoidea (such as Trichogrammatidae and Mymaridae) taxonomy and systematics, with which the tiny body size is very difficult to be researched by microscopy. This paper introduced progress in using SEM to describe the morphology, distribution and function of antenna sensilla of Trichogrammatidae and Mymaridae. It also introduced the ovipositor sensilla of Trichogrammatidae. The recent results in the fine structures of these sensilla and the differences between sexes, as well as function of these sensilla in host searching and oviposition were reviewed.
