摘　　要：构建和谐网络是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分,而和谐网络的构建离不开法治。世界各国都注重以立法的形式对网络进行管理。借鉴国外先进的立法经验,完善我国关于和谐网络的立法,将会有利于和谐社会的建设。Establishing harmonious network is an important part of establishing harmonious society,and rule of law is the key factor of establishing harmonious network.Every country pay attention to regulate the network through the rule of law.Perfecting Chinese law of establishing harmonious network will promote the establishment of socialist harmonious society referencing advanced law of other countries.
