滨海新区经济增长与生态环境优化关系研究

摘　　要：生态环境质量的好坏是决定滨海新区能否实现可持续发展的关键因素。从经济增长与生态环境保护的关系入手,阐述了二者之间的辩证关系,分析了天津滨海新区的经济发展及生态环境的现状。滨海新区要实现从以"环境换取增长"向以"环境优化增长"方向的转变必须转变经济增长方式,发展循环经济,加强环境保护执法力度,通过发展环保产业来保护环境。The quality of the eco-environment is a critical factor to get the sustainable development of the Binhal New Area.In the light of the relationship between the economic growth and the eco-environment, the dialectical logic relationship was presented.The status of economic development and the eco-environment in Binhal New Area was analyzed.The main methods to change from ＂environment or development＂ to ＂environment and development＂ were put forward.First, the economic growth pattern should be modified, and then the execution of the environment protection law must be strenghened.Last we should develop the environment protection industry to protect the environment.
