摘　　要：分析了现代信息技术的迅猛发展对工程建设项目管理的深刻影响和传统管理模式在大型工程建设项目管理中存在的问题。在此基础上,以系统科学、组织行为学和复杂性研究等为理论基础,借鉴其他行业的先进管理思想和方法,进行了基于现代信息技术的大型工程建设项目集成管理研究。提出大型工程建设项目全方位、全过程和全员集成管理的概念,建立了基于现代信息技术的大型工程建设项目集成管理模型。The profound influence on the construction projects management by the great improvement of the modern information technology is analyzed and problems arising as traditional management styles are applied to the management of largescale construction projects, are introduced. Based on the above, using the system science, the organizational behavior and the complexity study as theory base and advanced management ideas and the methods of other fields as reference, the study of the integration management of large-scale construction projects based on the modern information technology has been carded out.The concepts of total contents,total process and all-party integration management are developed and a new proof-of-concept managementmodel for the collectivity integration management of large-scale construction projects based on the modern information technology is established.
