天津老城厢地区历史文化及拆迁前保留建筑现状记述

摘　　要：通过查阅文史资料和实地调研,归纳了老城厢地区在天津城市历史发展中自明清时期至今,由具有绝对统帅地位的政治活动区,到逐渐没落,直至成为城市普通居住区的演变过程。分析总结了天津集商业文化、外埠文化、西洋文化、平民文化于一身的多元开放的文化特征,以及这种文化特征影响下的天津四合套在院落布局、形制规模、细部装饰等方面的建筑特征,并对拆迁前历史风貌建筑的数量、保存状况、建筑特点等方面的资料进行整理。希望能在如实记录历史的基础上,为其他城市旧区更新发展提供一些启发。According to historical reference and field investigation, the paper summarizes the historical status evolution of the old city region in Tianjin, from a dominant political center in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, to a declining civilian residential area, analyzes the open multiculture of Tianjin, which is composed of by commercial culture, ecdemic culture, exotic culture and civilian culture, and discusses the layout, scale and decoration details of the Quadrate Yard buildings in Tianjin, which can reflect the influence of the multiculture. And it also collects the amount, preserving status and architecture features of the historical buildings before pull down or relocated, hoping this paper could provide some inspiration of old area renovation in other cities through objective history recording.
