摘 要:以多元醇和异氰酸酯为主要原料合成不同-NCO含量的单组分湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶黏剂。阐述了固化机理,讨论了软段结构、-NCO含量、固化时间和其它填料对其性能的影响。结果表明,以自制的多元醇,设定-NCO质量分数为3.0%左右时,添加适量的EVA和萜烯树脂改性,其性能较好,固化时间为24h,拉伸强度达到9.5 MPa,初黏强度达到0.38 MPa,剪切强度达到8.4 MPa。The one component moisture curing polyurethane hot melt adhesives with different - NCO contents were synthesized from polyol and diisocyanate. The curing mechanism was expatiated, and the effects of structure of soft - segment, - NCO content, curing time and other fillers on the performance were discussed. The results showed that the one component moisture curing polyurethane hot melt adhesives had the optimal performance with the - NCO content was 3.0% and addition of proper amount of terpene - resin and EVA. The tensile strength, initial adhesion and shear strength could reach9.5MPa, 0.38MPa and 8.4MPa respectively when the curing time was 24 h.
