摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(DFHMA)为含氟丙烯酸酯单体,甲基丙烯酸酯衍生物(HA)为交联单体,烯丙氧基壬基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚单磷酸(ANPEO10-P1)为乳化剂,采用预乳化、半连续法聚合方式,合成了自交联含氟丙烯酸酯乳液。研究了HA和DFHMA的用量对乳胶粒子粒径及其分布和乳胶膜硬度、吸水性、对水接触角等性能的影响。结果表明:当HA用量为4%(wt),DFHMA用量为8%(wt)时,得到的乳液粒径小,分布窄,稳定性好,乳胶膜表现出良好的疏水性能,对水的接触角达到了97.5°。Self- crosslinkable fluorinated polyacrylate emulsion was synthesized by preemulsion and semi -continuous polymerization with dodeeafluoroheptyl methacrylate (DFHMA) as fluorinated acrylate monomer, methyl acrylate derivatives (HA) as crosslinkable monomer and allyloxy nonylphenol polyoxyethylene(10) monophosphate ether (ANPEO10 -P1 ) as emulsifier. The influences of HA and DFHMA amount on the emulsion particle size and distribution, pencil hardness, water absorption and water contact angle of emulsion film were investigated. The results showed that the emulsion had small particle size, narrow particle size distribution and good stability, when the HA amount was 4% (wt) and DFHMA amount was 8% (wt). And the emulsion film exhibited good hydrophobic properties with a water contact angle of 97.5°.
