Disinfection Management and Disinfection Quality of Grass-roots Medical Institutions in Hangzhou Developing Zone:An Investigation

摘　　要：目的掌握了解杭州开发区基层医疗机构消毒管理及消毒质量现状,以发现存在的问题,提出改进措施。方法采用现场调查及采样检测,对基层医疗机构的消毒管理及消毒质量进行评估。结果2005-2007年消毒管理项调查总合格率为65.20%、消毒质量检测总合格率为80.67%,其中使用中消毒液(细菌)、物体表面(细菌)、紫外线强度、器械残留血合格率分别为100.00%、89.60%、89.56%、83.97%;医护人员手、室内空气、使用中消毒液(浓度)、肥皂,器械保存液、医院污水排放合格率均<80.00%。结论开发区基层医疗机构消毒管理及消毒质量总体水平较低,应加强重视、管理与监控,提高消毒质量。OBJECTIVE To understand the status of disinfection management and disinfection quality of grass-roots medical institutions in Hangzhou developing zone, to find out existing problems and to propose measures to improve them. METHODS Methods of field investigation and sample testing were used to evaluate disinfection management and disinfection quality of grass-roots medical institutions in Hangzhou developing zone. RESULTS From 2005 to 2007, total qualified rate of investigated items of disinfection management was 65. 2%. Total qualified rate of disinfection quality testing was 80. 67%, and in details, the qualified rate of the disinfectant in use （in bacteria number） was 100%, the qualified rate of object＇s surface （in bacteria number） was 89.60%, the qualified rate of UV intensity was 89. 56%, the qualified rate of residual blood on instruments was 83.97%, and qualified rates of medical staffs＇ hands, internal air, disinfectant in use （its concentration）, soap in use, preserved the liquid in instruments, and discharges of hospital waste water were all lower than 80%. CONCLUSIONS The general level of disinfection management and disinfection quality of grass-roots medical institutions in Hangzhou developing zone is low. We should put more emphasis on the management and monitoring to improve disinfection quality.
