医疗锐器容器放置位置对其易接性和易见性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨放置锐器容器的最佳高度和有效距离,从而使锐器容器在减少锐器伤中发挥最佳效能。方法随机抽取临床护士和实习护生100人,测量身高、鞋高、视平线、视角、锐器容器放置高度及距离。结果锐器容器的最佳放置高度为(91.52±7.51)cm,处理锐器时的有效距离为(37.97±6.03)cm;上肢长与有效距离无相关性(r=0.123,P>0.05);视角与操作时的舒适度呈正相关(rs=0.965,P<0.05)。结论将锐器容器放置在合适的位置,能有效降低护理人员的职业伤害。OBJECTIVE To approach the best height and the valid distance of sharps disposal container in order to educe the best efficacy in reducing sharps injuries. METHODS A number of 100 clinical and practical nurses were randomly drawn to be measured, which included stature, eye-level height, viewing angle, shoes thickness, installation height and distance of containers. RESULTS The best installation height was 91.52± 7. 51cm; the valid disposal distance was 37. 97± 6. 03cm; there was no correlation between thumb tip reach and the best installation height （r=0. 123, P〉0.05）; for viewing angle and the comfort degree, they had positive correlation （r3= 0. 965, P〈0. 001）. CONCLUSIONS The suitable location of sharps disposal containers can successfully prevent staff from suffering occupational injuries.
