摘　　要：构建了一个区域可计算一般均衡模型(CGE),揭示了区域经济体的运行特征,为分析区域经济体的经济增长、生产要素的价格或结构变动等提供了一个分析框架;在模型的理论框架中,详细分析了区域CGE模型各个模块的构建思想及对应的主要方程,并从财税、贸易等方面分析了其特性;建立了区域社会核算矩阵(SAM)的结构;通过模型分析,得到了油价波动对湖南省经济发展的影响.This paper introduced a district computable general equilibrium （CGE） model for China which showed the economic characteristic of a district, and it can analysis some issues, such as economic growth, the change of economic structure and the price fluctuation of product resources. This article elaborated this CGE - model and its main equations, and analyzed its character from the aspect of tax and trade. Also, we presented the structure of its social accounting matrix （SAM）. Finally, we derived the model, which showed the impaction of oil price fluctuation to the economic development of Hunan.
