摘 要:[目的]为肉用绵羊的品种资源保护和杂交利用提供理论依据。[方法]利用7个微卫星标记分析国外3个绵羊品种和我国2个地方绵羊品种的遗传多样性,研究其品种内遗传变异和种间遗传关系。[结果]从5个绵羊品种中共检测到105个等位基因,在各群体中每个微卫星座位上均可检测到5个以上等位基因,说明7个微卫星标记含有丰富的遗传信息。位点平均杂合度和品种平均杂合度分别为0.790 1-0.889 7和0.795 1-0.867 5,属于高度杂合位点和高度杂合品种。7个位点均为高度多态位点,PIC为0.762 6-0.879 6,而5个绵羊品种的平均PIC为0.770 3-0.865 0。NJ系统树分析表明3个国外绵羊品种遗传关系较近。[结论]7个微卫星标记均具有高度多态性,可用于绵羊品种的遗传多样性和系统发生关系的分析。[Objective] The research aimed to provide the theoretical basis for the variety resource protection and crossing utilization of mutton sheep.[Method] The genetic diversity among 3 foreign sheep varieties and 2 Chinese local sheep varieties was analyzed by using 7 microsatellite markers.Their intraspecific genetic variation and the interspecific genetic relationship were studied.[Result] 105 alleles were detected in 5 sheep varieties and more than 5 alleles could be detected in each microsatellite locus of each population,which indicated that there was abundant genetic information in 7 microsatellite markers.The average locus heterozygosity and the average variety heterozygosity were 0.790 1~0.889 7 and 0.795 1~0.867 5,belonging to highly heterozygous locus and highly heterozygous variety.Seven loci were all highly polymorphic,with PIC of 0.762 6~0.879 6,while the average PIC in 5 sheep varieties was 0.770 3~0.865 0.NJ phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the genetic relationship among 3 foreign sheep varieties were closer.[Conclusion] Seven microsatellite markers all had high polymorphism and could be used to analyze the genetic diversity and the phylogenetic relationship among sheep varieties.
