摘  要:[目的]分析ABT2号生根粉浓度与荔枝压条生根质量的相关性,为荔枝高空压条苗的生产提供依据。[方法]用1 0001、500、2 000 mg/kg(B1、B2、B3)的ABT2号生根粉溶液涂抹荔枝压条的环剥口,并设空白对照组进行对比试验。[结果]生根数在B1与对照、B2、B3之间差异极显著,在B2、B3与对照之间差异不显著。最长根长在B1、B2与对照,B1与B3之间差异极显著。平均根长在B1与对照、B3,B2与对照之间差异极显著,B2与B3之间差异显著。根粗在B1、B2与对照之间差异极显著,B1与B2之间差异不显著。B1的生根速度比B2、B3快。[结论]在试验浓度内,1 000 mg/kg ABT2号生根粉处理的荔枝高空压条生根快,且压条根的质量有明显提高。[Objective] The purpose was to analyze the correlation between the concn.of ABT2 rooting powder and rooting quality of Litchi chinensis layering so as to provide basis for the production of L.chinensis seedlings by air layering.[Method] The band girdle openings of L.chinensis layering were smeared with ABT2 rooting powder solution at 1 000,1 500 and 2 000 mg/kg(B1,B2 and B3) and the contrast blank group was set up to conduct comparative experiment.[Result] The rooting number had extremely significant difference between B1 and CK,B2,B3 and no significant difference between B2,B3 and CK.The maximum root length had extremely significant difference between B1,B2 and CK,between B1 and B3.The average root length had a extremely significant difference between B1 and CK,B3,between B2 and CK and a significant difference between B2 and B3.The root thickness had extremely significant difference between B1,B2 and CK and no significant difference between B1 and B2.The rooting velocity of B1 was faster than that of B2 a nd B3.[Conclusion] In the experimental concn.range,the air layering of L.chinensis treated with 1 000 mg/kg ABT2 rooting powder rooted fast and the quality of the layering root was significantly enhanced.
