摘  要:[目的]探讨不同地区用药水平-寄主植物-棉蚜三者共同作用对害虫抗药性产生机制的影响。[方法]通过生物测定和生化分析研究了取食寄主植物对不同地区用药水平棉蚜种群杀虫剂的敏感性及解毒酶活力的影响。[结果]用药水平不同对棉蚜种群的抗药性和酯酶活力具有明显的效应,高密地区棉蚜对杀虫剂的耐药性高于北京地区棉蚜,高密地区棉蚜的酯酶总酶活力明显高于北京地区棉蚜,而高密地区棉蚜的酯酶比活力明显低于北京地区棉蚜,这可能与高密地区棉蚜具有显著的高蛋白含量有关;取食不同寄主植物棉蚜的酯酶酶活力之间也具有明显差异,取食棉花和石榴棉蚜的酯酶酶活力显著高于木槿和花椒棉蚜。[结论]不同地区用药水平与寄主植物对棉蚜酯酶酶活力存在明显的交互作用。[Objective] The research aimed to explore the effect of the corporate function among the application level of pesticides-host plants-cotton aphids in different areas on the mechanism of pesticide resistance of cotton aphids.[Method] The effect of feeding host plants on the susceptibility of cotton aphids populations in different areas with different application level to pesticides and their activity of detoxifying enzymes were tested by bioassay and biochemical analysis.[Result] The different application level had significant effects on pesticide resistance and esterase activities of cotton aphid populations.The pesticide resistance and esterase activities of cotton aphids in Gaomi area were higher than those in Beijing,but the specific esterase activities of cotton aphids in Gaomi area were significantly lower than those in Beijing,which might be correlated with the higher protein contents of cotton aphids from Gaomi.The esterase activities of cotton aphids fed on different host plants also had significan tly difference.Esterase activities of aphids fed on cotton and pomegranate had significantly higher than those fed on Chinese prickly ash and hibiscus.[Conclusion] There is the interaction on the esterase activity of cotton aphids between areas with different application level of pesticides and host plants.
