摘  要:通过对枸杞蚜虫(Aphis sp.)的空间分布、田间理论抽样数进行的研究,结果表明:枸杞蚜虫和越冬卵在枸杞园为聚集分布并呈负二项分布型,枸杞蚜虫聚集分布是由本身的习性和环境因素共同作用引起的,越冬卵聚集分布是由环境因素引起;枸杞蚜虫和越冬卵在田间的理论抽样数和样本方差、允许误差有关;样本方差(S2)愈小,允许误差(d′)愈小,无放回理论抽样数愈多;且虫口基数不同,理论抽样数不同;当允许误差设定后,样本方差S2越大,理论抽样数越大。该研究结果为枸杞蚜虫的预测预报和田间防治提供了科学依据。In this paper the spaital distribution and theoretic sampling number of Aphis sp.in field were studied.The result showed the distribution model of Aphis sp.was decided by its self habit and environment factors.The environmental condition resulted in assembly the distribution of its overwintering egg.Theoretic sampling number of Aphis sp.in field was related with square dispatch of swatch(S2)and allowed error(d′).The less S2 and d′ were,the more the theoretic sampling numbers no laid back were.And the worm redix was different and theoretic sampling numbers were different.When d′ was enacted and S2 was greater,the theoretic sampling numbers were bigger.The studied result offered scientific base for forecasting and prevention of Aphis sp.in field.
