摘 要:[目的]探讨对巢湖蓝藻厌氧发酵资源化利用的潜力。[方法]以巢湖新鲜蓝藻为原料,进行厌氧发酵产沼气试验,分析产沼气的最佳条件。[结果]结果表明,接种物与蓝藻体积比为1∶2时,产气最佳。在平均温度为27.5℃的发酵环境中发酵50 d,蓝藻TS产气潜力为368.25 ml/g,VS产气潜力为383.33 ml/g,沼气中甲烷的平均含量为63.46%,蓝藻TS利用率为54.01%,VS利用率为58.35%。[结论]巢湖新鲜蓝藻可以作为发酵原料生产沼气。[Objective] The potential of Chaohu blue algae resource utilization by anaerobic fermentation was discussed.[Method] With Chaohu fresh blue algae as test materials,the experiment of producing biogas by anaerobic fermentation was carried out,and the optimal conditions of producing biogas were analyzed.[Result] The result showed that the optimal condition of producing biogas were as follows:the volume ratio of inoculum to blue algae was 1∶2.The anaerobic fermentation lasted for 50 days at the average temperature of 27.5 ℃,and the potential of producing biogas of TS and VS was 368.25 and 383.33 ml/g,respectively.The average content of methane in the biogas was 63.46%,the utilization percentage of TS and VS was 54.01% and 58.35%,respectively.[Conclusion] Chaohu fresh blue algae can be used as raw materials to produce biogas.
