摘 要:[目的]探明污泥土壤施用后土壤微生物群落的演变情况。[方法]采用磷脂脂肪酸图谱法(PLFA)对施污泥土壤微生物群落结构多样性进行了研究,并对土壤中提取的细菌PLFA进行了定性和定量分析。[结果]施用污泥后土壤微生物群落的PLFA组成比例发生了变化,说明采用PLFA法能够检测污泥施用对土壤微生物区系结构的影响。对施污泥土壤微生物PLFA数据的聚类分析结果表明,污泥来源与处理方式均是引起土壤微生物群落结构变化的因素,这与污泥施用增加了土壤中重金属的含量及土壤有机碳、pH、EC等基本性质的变化有关。[结论]土壤微生物群落结构多样性特征的变化在一定程度上揭示了外源污染物胁迫下环境微生物种群作用机理。[Objective]This study aimed to clarify the evolution of soil microbial communities in sludge-amended soils.[Method] The diversity of soil microbial community structure were studied by phospholipid fatty acid(PLFA),and the qualitative and quantitative analysis were conducted on PLFA of the bacteria extracted from the soil in sludge-amended soils.[Result]Percentage of PLFA compose of soil microbial community changed following soil amendment by applying sewage sludge,suggesting that using PLFA should detected the effect of applying sewage sludge on the microbial flora structure.The results of cluster analysis showed that the main factors effecting microbial community structural change were sludge origin and its treatment modes,which related with the increment of heavy metal contents and changes of organic carbon content,pH,EC,and other basic properties changed following soil amendment by applying sewage sludge.[Conclusion] The diversity change of soil microbial community structure revealed the action mechanism of environmental microbial population under the exogenous pollutants.
