摘　　要：河南省是全国第一人口大省、重要的农业大省和产粮大省,其社会经济欠发达,因此,保障其土地资源安全有十分重要的意义。分析了河南省土地资源利用的现状及现阶段存在的问题,并提出了确保河南省土地资源安全的建议和对策。Henan Province has the largest number of the population and is the most important agricultural and food production province.At the same time,as a socio-economic underdeveloped province,it is significant to keep the security of land resource.In this paper the situation and problem of the land-using in Henan Province was deeply analyzed.Then according to the analysis,some suggestions on how to keep the safety of land resource were put forward.
