摘　　要：本文将经济学与竞技体育学相结合,运用柯布——道格拉斯生产函数研究我国竞技体育培养过程中的投入——产出问题。根据当代中国竞技体育培养特有的制度环境,通过对1978- 2006年中国竞技体育发展的面板数据的收集、取证,扩展了Bernard-Busse模型,系统分析我国竞技体育举国体制培养成本的影响因子、影响强度及其30年的影响因子的变革路径,进而提出了优化我国竞技体育培养成本的相应对策。The paper makes up economics and sports science to research the issue of input-output of sports cultivating cost. We build up a new model based on Bernard-Busse model to test the elements and their influence intensity change of sports cultivating cost in 1978-2006 of China. Then the paper focuses on the deep origins by comparative institutional analysis. Based on that analysis, the paper brings about some methods to improve the performance of sports in China and reduce the cost in sports cultivating.
