不同接种时期对三个无核葡萄品种胚珠培养的影响

摘　　要：以自然授粉的3个假单性结实类型(种子败育型)无核葡萄品种为试材,在初花期后不同时间采回幼果,取出幼胚接种在发育培养基中进行离体培养,研究不同接种时期对胚珠发育和萌发状况的影响。结果表明,奇妙无核在初花后50～54d接种,胚珠发育率在50.0%以上,最高可达71.0%,随着时间的推移其发育率迅速下降;红宝石无核在初花期后51d接种,发育胚百分率最高达63.3%,其后百分率逐渐降低。2个品种的合子胚从产生到败育可跨越35d左右的时间。因此,奇妙无核与红宝石无核非常适合用于无核品种的胚培养。布朗无核胚败育的时期到来的早,且胚的发育率均远远低于其他2个品种,不宜用作胚培养。Effects of different inoculation dates on the development and germination of ovule were studied with three seedless grape cultivars as materials. The results indicated that inoculating 50-54 days after initial flowering period, the developmental ovule rate of Fanasy Seedless was more than 50.0% with the highest rate 71%, but then the rate descended rapidly. For Ruby Seedless, the optimal inoculation date of ovule was 5 ldays after initial flowering period with the highest rate of developmental ovule was 63.3%, then the rate also descended rapidly. It needed about 35 days from the embryo occurring to aborting for Fanasy Seedless and Ruby Seedless. So they were very suitable for ovule culture of seedless cultivars. Bronx Seedless was unfit for ovule culture because its abortive date came earlier and the developmental ovule rate was lower than that of Fanasy Seedless and Ruby Seedless.
