摘　　要：利用医疗机构实施分类管理以来的统计数据,通过对营利性医院与非营利性医院在资源配置、经济效益和服务效率三个方面的比较分析,评价制度的实施进展。发现现阶段营利性医院整体经营状况与非营利医院相比在上述三方面都有很大差距,种种因素决定了后者在医疗服务市场中的主流和绝对优势地位将长期存在。This paper tried to evaluate the implementation of hospital classification regulation scheme with comparing the resource aUocation, economic benefit, and health care efficiency for profit and non-profit hospital using national statistical data. The results showed that there is a large gap on the operation status between two kinds of hospital, and the mainstream and dominance status of non-profit hospital in health care system will continue in the long term.
