摘 要:通过测定4个紫花苜蓿品种根部游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、过氧化物酶(POD)的含量,研究了不同紫花苜蓿品种对低温的生理适应能力。结果表明:在不同时期,阿尔冈金苜蓿的可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质、过氧化物酶(POD)活性都明显高于其它品种,抗寒能力较高;品种牧歌401和驯鹿居中;三得利根部中的积累比其它品种低,三得利抗寒能力较弱。This study was conducted to investigate the adaptability of four alfalfa varieties (Algonquin, Amerigraze401 ,Sanditi and Demark) to lower temperature by means of measuring contents of soluble sugar, free proline, soluble protein and POD in roots of four alfalfa varieties. Results showed that the quantities of soluble sugar, free proline, soluble protein and the activity of POD in roots of Algonquin were higher than other three varieties at different stages, the ability of cold resistance was higher; Amerigraze401 and Demark were in the middle; the contents of cumulated matter in roots of Sanditi were the lowest among experimental varieties. Sanditi's adaptability is poor relatively.
