摘  要:我国是青蒿素的主产国之一,全国范围内有青蒿分布的地区均在大力发展青蒿产业,但是在青蒿规范化种植过程中,青蒿人工种植基地的选取,依然是有待于进一步研究的科学问题。针对青蒿规范化种植过程中,种植基地选择的困惑,本课题组用统计分析方法对青蒿素含量、青蒿的生物量与生态因子之间的关系进行了研究,并构建逐步回归模型。用Gis地理空间分析功能,根据青蒿素含量、生物量、产量和土地利用情况对青蒿种植基地的生产适宜性进行了分析,结果发现:生长在冲积土上和石灰土上的青蒿比生长在红壤土上的青蒿的生物量要高,青蒿素含量与土壤类型无关,采收期的气象因子是影响青蒿素含量的主导因子,桂东北到西南一带青蒿中青蒿素含量较高,桂东北部、东南部和西北部的青蒿生物量最高,北部的青蒿素产量较高,南部青蒿素产量较低,自然生态条件下,桂林和柳州的北部、河池东部以及百色的西部地区为青蒿人工种植的最适宜区;如果考虑通过人工种植、改良区域内的土壤条件提高青蒿生物量,南宁、柳州到桂林一线地势较高,青蒿中青蒿素含量较高,是青蒿人工种植的理想区域,而东南沿海、平原地区为青蒿人工种植的不适宜区域。China is one of the mainly countries for artemisinin production. Most of areas in China are vigorously to develop the artemisinin industry, but in the planting process, the suitable region for the Artemisia annua L. planting still as a scientific question has not set. For the chose of the best suitable region for artificial planting of Artemisia annua L. under the ecological condition of Guangxi Autonomous Region in Southwest China. This paper studied the relationships between Artemisia annua L. and the ecological factors, in order to provide the suitable locations for artificial planting of Artemisia annua L. This paper studied relationships between ecological factors and the Artemisinin content, the biomass and the output of artemisinin content in Guangxi. Certain ecological factors that mainly effect Artemisinin content were chosen as major ecological factors and stepwise regression analysis was used to get the regression model between ecological factors and the Artemisinin content. Geographic Information System was used in this paper to get the spatial distribution characteristics of Artemisinin content, the biomass and the output of artemisinin content. According to the regression model and artemisinin content get the suitability regionalization of artemisinin content under the ecological of Guangxi Autonomous Region. The suitability regionalization was analyzed for artificial planting of Artemisia annua L., according to the artemisinin content, the biomass, the output and land use of Guangxi Autonomous Region. The result indicated that the meteorological and topographical factors are principal ecological factors that influence the artemisinin content. The meteorological factors in the harvest time are the leading factors for the artemisinin content, and the soil type has little to do with the artemisinin content. The Artemisinin content is higher in the part areas of northeast and the southwest areas of Guangxi Autonomous Region, which is lower in the part areas of southeast and other areas betwixt.
