摘  要:为了改善电喷汽油机冷起动及冷态怠速运转(即暖车过程)性能,自行研制了基于高能双火花塞点火的快速燃烧系统.实验结果表明,基于高能双火花塞点火的快速燃烧技术有助于汽油机冷起动工况的快速点燃.同时,由于对称布置的双火花塞缩短了火焰传播距离,提高了着火的机会,加快汽油机可燃混合气的燃烧放热效率、在保证稳定燃烧的前提下,可以在暖车过程中实现较大的点火延迟,迅速提高排气温度,缩短三元催化剂的HC起燃时间,实现改善电喷汽油机冷起动及冷态怠速过程排放特性的目的.Improvement of cold starting and cold idling circulation ( engine warming up ) combustion process of motorcycle gasoline engines by dual-spark plug-based rapid burning system was introduced. Test results showed that the dual-spark plug-based rapid burning system was beneficial to rapid ignition under engine cold starting condition. Meanwhile,just because high-energy, dual-spark ignition mode could supply more ignition opportunity than the common one, shorten the flame development and increase the burning velocity of the engine mixture, this solution could realize the larger ignition timing retard and stable combustion process under engine warming up condition. As a result, the burning system was helpful to increase the exhaust gas temperature, to shorten the light-off timing of threeway catalysts, and to improve the characteristics of exhaust emissions of electronically controlled gasoline engine.
