摘　　要：图书馆产品是典型的具有正外部性的公益性产品,对供给和消费的扶持和鼓励是政府和全社会的共同责任。本文在分析了图书馆产品政府单一供给模式缺陷的基础上,提出了图书馆产品多元供给的改革对策。Library products are the typical positive external public welfare products. It is the com mon responsibility of the government and the whole society to support and encourage their supply and consumption. Based on analyzing the defects of the model that library products are only supplied by the government, the author suggests the reform measure of the diversified supply of library products.
