摘  要:在对典型的废水厌氧处理工艺及厌氧消化过程主要影响因素进行分析的基础上,提出了一套结构简单、应用效果良好的废水厌氧处理过程控制方案。采用专家策略进行均衡池和调制池的液位联锁控制,采用专家前馈-反馈控制来调节调制池废水pH值,利用串级控制调节进反应器水温,采用比值算法来控制营养物质投加量,并给出了具体的实施方案。实际应用效果证明了这套控制方案的有效性。After analyzing the process of representative anaerobic wastewater treatment and the primary effect factors in the process of anaerobic digestion, a control scheme with simple structure and good performance for anaerobic wastewater treatment process was proposed. The level interlock control between equilibrium tank and conditioning tank was built by expert strategy. The expert based feedforward-feedback control was applied to control the pH value of the wastewater conditioning tank. The cascade control was used to adjust the wastewater temperature into the reactor. And the ratio algorithm was employed to control the nutrition dosing. The implement scheme was also given. The application result indicates that this control scheme is effective.
