摘　　要：以就业为导向,分析目前我国电子商务人才需求现状,对电子商务专业建设尤其是课程体系建设展开研究,提出了既能解决课程设置矛盾,又符合现代企业人才需求的解决方案。Taking the employment as a guideline the current situation of the requirement for the talented persons in the e-commerce is analyzed. The course system building of the e-commerce department is studied. A scheme to solve the problem of the course stipulation and conform the requirement of the talented persons for the modem enterprises is presented.
