摘 要:为了解泉州湾海岸带植物重金属及营养元素分布情况,研究了泉州湾海岸带常见植物桐花树、芦苇、空心莲子草、落葵、中华补血草、藜、莲子草、龙葵等的根、茎、叶等器官及其栖息土壤中的Cu、Zn、Pb及N、P、K含量分布特点。结果表明:泉州湾常见植物的生境土壤中,不存在Cu污染,但都受中度以上的Zn、Pb污染,且Zn与Pb污染呈显著正相关关系。泉州湾海岸植物栖息土壤中K含量较高。相对而言,空心莲子草、莲子草、龙葵、芦苇对Cu、Zn、Pb耐性高、累积能力强,属于有环境修复潜力的植物,可作为对重金属污染环境的绿色修复材料考虑。藜的根、茎、叶中具高含量的K元素,对土壤中的K具有较高的吸收和迁移能力。落葵、莲子草、芦苇、藜的叶中N含量较高,落葵和莲子草叶则表现低P含量,高N/P比值。本试验研究的泉州湾自然生境若干海岸植物对Cu、Zn、Pb的累积与其N、P、K营养元素含量之间未表现显著的相关性。To investigate the distribution of heavy metals and nutrient elements in plants along Quanzhou Bay, the distribution characteristics of Cu, Zn, Pb and N, P, K in Aegiceras corniculatum, Phragmites australis, Alternanthera philoxeroides, Basella rubra, Alternanthera sessilis, Solanum nigrum, Limonium sinense and Chenopodium album as well as related soils were analyzed. The results show that soils inhabited by these plants do not have Cu contamination, but do have moderate to strong Zn and Pb contamination with positive correlation between Pb and Zn concentration in soils and plants. Among the nutrient elements, soil K content along Quanzhou Bay is highest. Bioaccumulation ability of A. philoxeroides, A. sessilis, S. nigrum and P. australis are stronger than the other plants, and with good phytoremediation potential of heavy-metal contaminated soils. C. album K absorption and transfer ability is significant, and the root, stem and leaf concentration of K is highest among the plants. Leaf nitrogen content of B. rubra , A. sessilis , P. australis and C. album is higher, while leaf phosphorus content of B. rubra and A. sessilis is much lower, with extremely high N/P ratio. There is no significant correlation between N, P, K and Cu, Zn and Pb concentration of the plants under natural condition along Quanzhou Bay.
