双氯芬酸钠胶浆的急性毒性试验研究

摘　　要：目的研究双氯芬酸钠胶浆的毒性,为临床安全应用该制剂提供科学依据。方法取小白鼠70只(雌雄各半),随机分成7组(n=10),其中6组给予不同含量的双氯芬酸钠胶浆;另外1组为空白对照组(对照组),给予羧甲基纤维素钠。各组均按0.2 ml/10 g体重直肠注药。结果小鼠双氯芬酸钠胶浆直肠注药半数致死量(LD50)为399.67 mg/kg(双氯芬酸钠含量)。结论双氯芬酸钠胶浆毒性较小。Objective To study the acute toxicity of diclofenac mucilage to ensure the safety of its clinical application. Methods 70 male and female mice were randomly divided into 7 groups （n = 10 each） ： the blank control group was given sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, the other six groups were given diclofenac mucilage of different doses. The drug was administered in the form of enema of 0.2 ml per 10 g of body weight. Results The LD50 of diclofenac mucilage （ contained in enema for mice） was 399.67 mg/kg. Conclusion The toxicity of diclofenac mucilage is small （ with its LD50 equivalent to 17 - 18 fold its usual clinical dosage）.
