汇率变动与北京奥运会经济策略研究

摘　　要：采用文献综述、实证分析、逻辑分析的方法,探讨了人民币汇率变动对北京举办奥运会的效应,并由此提出了北京奥运会的经济策略选择。人民币汇率变动是境外游客选择旅游时机的决策因素之一,还会引发进出口情况的变化,进而影响到奥运会的成本与收益。因而,必须调控手段,保持物价平稳,也可以利用物价现实调整北京奥运会的游客总量,还应严格控制政府预算,以防止北京奥运会的过渡财政支出。Through literature presentation, examples analysis and logistic analysis, this article is to probe into the influence on Beijing Olympics caused by RMB exchange rate variation, and thus bring forward the economic strategy alternation of Beijing Olympics. Variation of RMB exchange rate is one of the decisive factor of the foreign tourist＇s choice of the right moment for tour, besides, it also affect the import and export, and consequently give influence to the Olympic Game＇s cost and profit. Variations of price level also bring uncertain factors to Beijing Olympics. Thus the necessary actions are raised to keep the price level most of reasonable and to adjust the Beijing Olympics tourist quantity by price level control within a definite time. To strictly control the government budget, in case of the visit over budget activities, it＇s necessary to implement proper monitoring in order to prevent excessive financial expenditure.
